Nurse Practitioner Joins Patients First Plastic Surgery

WASHINGTON, Mo., July 15, 2011 – Amy Keim, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, has joined the Patients First Plastic/Reconstructive Surgery practice of Dr. Benjamin Verdine in Washington, Missouri.

For the past eleven years, Amy Keim, RN, MSN, FNP-BC has been employed at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, serving in varying levels of nursing. Most recently she was lead charge nurse in the High Risk Cardiology Unit serving as staff liaison, educator and mentor.

Amy Keim, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, Missouri, and a Master of Science in Nursing from University of Missouri – St. Louis. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

As a nurse practitioner in the specialized plastic and reconstructive surgery practice, Ms. Keim will assist Dr. Verdine during office procedures and will see patients during pre- and post-surgical visits. Appointments for Amy Keim, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, are being accepted at 636-239-7727.
