Your First Visit

Patients First Health Care is committed to serving you with comprehensive healthcare in convenient locations, responsive to your needs. So that your visit to our office exceeds your expectations, please refer to the points listed on this page.

  1. Appointments

Please refer to our Phone Directory when scheduling an appointment. Sometimes we experience high call volumes, especially in the morning. Be assured that our staff will always assist you, not a phone operated system. Please call in advance to schedule annual exams and other non-urgent appointments.

If you are acutely ill or injured, call the office to speak to a nurse. We will either schedule an appointment for you or direct you to appropriate care within our extended network of facilities (urgent care, emergency room or hospital).

  2. Insurance

Patients First accepts most insurance plans. Please check with your physician's office to confirm that your plan is accepted. Always bring your health insurance card when you have an appointment.

  3. Payment and Billing

Co-payment for services is expected on the date of service. We'll gladly file the necessary paperwork with your insurance company. You will be billed for any remaining balances. Payment at time of service will be required if insurance eligibility cannot be verified.
