Educational Foundation
Formed in 2003, Patients First Health Care Educational Foundation, Inc. promotes health and wellness and educational growth and development.
The Foundation brings educational events to the communities served by Patients First Health Care, and funds scholarships for students selecting a career in health care.
Scholarships for graduating high school seniors and East Central College nursing students have been awarded annually since 2004.

Applications must be mailed to Patients First Health Care Educational Foundation, Attn: Cara Knox, 901 Patients First Drive, Washington, MO 63090 by February 29, 2012. Recipients will be announced in late spring.
Patients First Health Care Educational Foundation, Inc. is governed by a board of directors, comprised of Patients First physicians and employees, and members of the community.
The Foundation is registered in the state of Missouri as a non-profit corporation organized to operate exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1996.
